• Window stickers (Monroney labels with original factory specifications, options, and MSRP)
• License plate lookup tools for U.S. vehicles

Delivery: Most products are delivered instantly via digital access. In some cases, a report link may also be sent via email or SMS for convenience.

4) License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for personal or internal business purposes.

Permitted use includes evaluating vehicles that you:

• Have a legitimate interest in
• Are considering buying, selling, trading, leasing, or insuring

You may not use the Services beyond these permitted purposes.

5) Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Website or Services. Prohibited actions include:

• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data
• Attempting to reverse engineer or replicate our systems or datasets
• Using our data to build or support a competing service

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access or disrupt system functionality
• Using the Services for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to block access and pursue legal remedies where misuse is identified.

6) Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Notice

Our Services are not intended for use in connection with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

You agree not to use our Services for:

7) Orders, Pricing, and Payment

8) Digital Product Delivery and Access

All products offered are digital in nature.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• Access to your report may be delivered via email, account access, or SMS
• Delivery is typically instant but may be delayed due to technical issues

If you experience delivery problems, you agree to contact support first so we can resolve the issue.

9) Refunds & Disputes

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

A) Vehicle History Reports

Refunds may be granted if:

• Duplicate charges occur for the same VIN within 14 days
• A report fails to generate and cannot be delivered within 48 hours after contacting support

Refunds will not be issued solely because:

• Data is limited or incomplete
• You disagree with report findings
• The vehicle has negative history

B) Window Stickers

Refunds may be considered if:

• Technical issues prevent delivery and cannot be resolved within 48 hours
• Duplicate purchases are confirmed
• An accurate sticker cannot be produced after reasonable revision attempts

Refunds may be full or partial depending on the circumstances.

C) Refund Request Window

To request a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of purchase, including:

• Email used at checkout
• VIN or license plate (if applicable)
• Order or transaction details
• Reason for the request

Eligible requests are typically reviewed within 7 business days.

D) Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting support, we may:

• Suspend your account
• Restrict access to Services
• Provide transaction and usage records as evidence to the payment provider

10) Intellectual Property

All Website content, including reports, design, branding, text, and data, is owned by Instant VIN Reports or its licensors and protected under intellectual property laws.
