Reports are delivered instantly after purchase. You’ll receive a download link via email and, if you provided your phone number, a text message link for easy access.
 
Please contact us immediately. If the report has not yet been generated, we may be able to assist. Once a report is generated and delivered for a specific VIN, it is generally non-refundable.
